How To Enroll
Each applicant for admission will have the opportunity to meet with an admissions representative who directs the applicant through the steps of the admissions process, providing information on curriculum, policies, procedures, and services, and assisting the applicant in setting necessary appointments and interviews.
All applicants are required to complete a personal information sheet. During an individual interview with our admissions staff, we will review your career goals to help you find the right program to fit your needs. Every individual will be given the opportunity to tour the facility, meet with a Financial Aid advisor, and enroll in the next available classes.

The Chartered Institute of Leadership and Management operates a Career Services Center at each campus to assist graduates with career placement. CILM provides career placement assistance to our graduates. As graduation approaches, students get the opportunity to meet with the Director of Career Services during their last semester to discuss career services available for their individual job search.

Over the years, we have established a reputation as a premier leadership and management institute in Europe and we are confident that we will be able to meet your particular career needs and aspirations.

The Chartered Institute of Leadership and Management offers different programs which is your way to be eligible for membership of different grades. The CILM equally has the Business School as well as the Hospitality School which offers Bachelor´s, Master´s and Doctoral Degrees with a variety of specialized areas of concentration delivered in a format ideal for working professionals. With CILM, you will be able to pursue a graduate degree or certificate program while still keeping a balance between work, school, family, and other obligations. During your studies, you will learn from and work with an outstanding faculty with diverse academic, business, consulting and community service experience. These faculty members have been selected to teach in our programs because of their dedication to teaching and the wealth of knowledge they bring to their academic areas.

Institute Overview
The Chartered Institute of Leadership and Management is a professional, voluntary and non-profit organization for managers in leadership and management, the hospitality industry as well as the business sectors. It is one of the oldest management Institutes in Poland having inspired professional business managers and administrators since decades.
Our focus is on developing professional administrators, leaders, hospitality professionals, administrators, administrative managers, and business leaders. We do this through our membership and qualifications programs to help individuals develop knowledge, skills, build successful careers, and fulfill their potential.
As CILM has the hospitality sector programs also, our other main focus is the professional interests and needs of managers within the hospitality industry.
With the help of our faculty, you will experience exciting internships in the local business community during your senior year. You can expand your knowledge of business beyond the shores of the country by taking advantage of the travel abroad opportunities.

CILM Council
The council of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Management is represented by its Executive President and Executive Vice President and composed of at least 80 members who are actively involved in the management of the Institute and its branches through the appointed representatives , directors and managers.
The council with its members and staff maintain and enhance the Diversity Awards program aligned to Industry guidelines and increase participation in each category of award for good practice. Consider additional categories to ensure a wider sector representation. Consider opportunities to ensure an inclusion program of CILM in all calendar activities addressing wider issues of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The role of the Institute is to foster, facilitate and promote professionalism amongst business managers in the various sectors of the industry. In an academic community in general and CILM in particular, the faculty students and administrators participate in the governance of the institute. It is recognized that a corollary of academic freedom, the institute community has a collective responsibility for guiding the scholarly pursuits of the institute.
The Institute's council as a representative body of faculty, classified staff, postdoctoral scholars, students and administrators is established to communicate its views on institute-wide issues to those exercising authority over the institution. To that end, the institute serves to aid communication and understanding among the faculty, staff, postdoctoral scholars, students and administration, and thereby to assist the President of the Insitute to develop and evaluate the Institute´s programs and policies.
